風味海鹽是啥玩意?
海鹽+香料=風味海鹽(分量隨喜)

Flavoured sea salts are my favourite way to boost the flavour of a dish.
& they are really easy to make,it’s the most fun to use as well.
Simply mix sea salts with whatever flavour you chose in a food processor or by hand.(just remember your combination is dried completely b4 packaging them!)They also make wonderful edible gifts,too!
Just use your imagination.
百貨超市異國風情區或有機精品店裡,你總能看到一排排錦衣衛似的各類風味海鹽.
看起來高不可攀,身價也不親民,一小罐能讓你的荷包瞬間失血!這調味家族聽起來高不可攀,拆解開來,一加一等於二,不過就是香料加海鹽研磨合體罷了.(謹記在心,選擇好私愛海鹽後,配對的乾燥香料一定要確實風乾!)
而如何運用呢?你問我?..
容我在此分享小小心得,這全憑經驗或直覺,沒有準則對錯.這答案說跟沒說一樣呀!
其實這味兒,只要記得風味海鹽在於增味,也是上桌前的最後的finishing touch.故料理風味強悍如燉煮紅燒類,就直接謝謝再連絡,不必瞎攪和了.而,香煎炙烤清蒸類,有八成比較投緣.
你若還有疑慮?沒啥好驚嚇的.若怕搞砸好料裡,可先小量試味再決定,例如,烤雞塊或天婦羅,挑選投緣的調味(花椒+海鹽或乾燥檸檬皮+乾燥迷迭香+海鹽),盛桌前灑上.保證讓你的料理艷驚四座~
