新菜上場:Cheesy Lotus Root & Water Bamboo起司藕片+焗烤茭白筍


下酒小菜Cheesy Lotus root & Water bamboo
(起司蓮藕片)
*蓮藕洗淨切片
*浸泡稀釋過的醋水(以防藕片變黑)
*用乾淨的紙巾拍乾
*熱鍋,入藕片,放一點cheese絲
*灑蔥花+辣椒丁,擺盤
(焗烤茭白筍)
*茭白筍去部份皮對切
*均勻放一點cheese絲
*焗烤至金黃

Cheesy Lotus root
*Wash lotus root & slices
*Soak in diluted vinegar(to prevent blackening)
*Dry with paper towel
*medium heat
*Add the lotus root piece,Put a little cheese
*Melt the cheese
*Sprinkle with chopped green onion & hot pepper
Cheese baked Water bamboo
*Cut water bamboo to half(leave some green!)
*Add some cheese
*Baked till golden brown
