吃過豬耳朵,聽過豬哥亮,你聽過豬口杯嘛?

豬口杯(ochoko)日本清酒的酒杯.

據說江戶時代用作蕎麥麵的沾醬碗及喝酒用的.傳說從中國傳到日本,形狀像豬嘴巴一樣,日本人就用類似中文豬口的發音.

現在豬口杯不但有不同大小,材質.可喝茶,喝sake,也可裝小菜和沾料.

日日使用的器皿,有趣之處不就是隨著使用者的心情來變換,讓你的料理和飲品更美好嘛?

而我知道,這世上再也沒有比讓珍媽每天露出笑容更重要的事了,因為隨著日出日落,陪著珍媽一起看世界的歲月越來越少~Sometimes I wish I could freeze the picture!

在pintrest看到這道菜,忍不住自己動手~

步驟:洋蔥切一寸厚圈圈,內層抹上tabsco,裹上培根(內側抹蜂蜜),固定好,中間堆疊鳳梨丁/起司,

再進預熱烤箱200度,焗烤25分左右.上桌時,讓人忍不住喊出:’哇~喔!好好吃’的下酒菜.S

PS.放涼後的口感,出乎意料地好吃!是悶熱的午后,冰涼啤酒很棒的下酒菜.

誰說下酒菜是件馬虎的事?

PS.you can give your fruit or herbs a little squeeze before adding water to help release their flavour.冰凍香草花菓倒入液體前,可先稍微捏擠,讓它釋放香氣汁液,再放入冷凍稍息立正站好,等待時間熟成,聽任廚娘的聲聲召換~
